Amy chose the path of the artist from a very early age. "I always knew I wanted to be an artist," she says, and she's never looked back. Beginning with countless drawings of her beloved horses at age 6 years old, Amy went on to pursue an art degree in painting at a northern California University. After college, she was introduced to beadcrafting where she discovered the infinite potential of beads. Her love of beads and their cultural and historical value then inspired her to travel the world in search of the beautiful pieces she uses in her work. Only the finest quality beads and findings compose Amy's designs: semi-precious stones, handworked glass, sterling silver and other natural materials. Amy is dedicated to providing unique designs that are practical, strong, and wearable as well as beautiful.
